Transition Statement
Irrawang High School is committed to the ongoing strengthening of the fundamental social, emotional and educational links for ALL students, with our partner primary schools through an ongoing Stage 3 into Stage 4 transition program that also extends into Stage 2. Key personnel from all educational settings work collaboratively to ensure that all prospective students of Irrawang High School are engaged and excited about high school life, with the aim of ensuring a sense of belonging to the high school through the building of positive relationships; relationships with other students, relationships with staff and relationships with the high school community as a whole.
IHS offers a comprehensive and inclusive transition program with our Partner Primary schools:

Key personnel from our Partner Primary schools and Irrawang High School, work collaboratively to develop a TRANSITION CALENDAR each year that is published across the Lakeside Community of Schools and these programs / activities to support students include:
